1. Raffle's object The Real Estate Portal Llavetex.com and Cajamurcia Viajes are raffling a Cruise Holiday on the Mediterranean, for two people.
2. Participation requirements Any person of age who has registered in www.llavetex.com between August, 1 st 2006 and July, 31th 2007 by filling the form created in the website for that purpose can take part in the raffle: Each single person can only fill the form once. All Llavetex, Viajes Cajamurcia and XL internet workers are excluded from the raffle.
3. Deadline for participation Deadline for participation is Tuesday July, 31 st 2007, at 24:00h.
4. Prize The prize will consist in a 8 days cruise holiday on the Mediterranean, in double inner cabin, in low season, according to availability when making the reservation. Cajamurcia Viajes will be responsible of providing the winner a cruise in the terms above. Boarding taxes or any other extras are not included.
5. The Raffle The raffle will be held before a notary at the Cajamurcia Viajes premises (c/ Alejandro Séiquer, 17, Murcia ) on August, 2nd 2007 at 12:00h. The list of participants will be previously sorted according to an unique ID number; at 12:00 a random number will be chosen among all ID numbers. Then Cajamurcia Viajes will contact the winner during the next 15 days to set the prize details.
6. Usage of the participants' data The raffle participants' data will be included in the llavetex.com registered users database. This means having immediate access to all the llavetex portal services. Llavetex inmobiliaria, on its behalf, reserves the right to use tgese data in the terms expressed in its Privacy Policy.
7. Usage of the winner's data The winner's name and surname will be published on August, 2nd 2007 on www.llavetex.com, donde permanecerá expuesto hasta finales de mes, en sección destacada, pasando a continuación a una sección secundaria. Una breve reseña de la actividad y el viaje elegido podría ser publicado en el Boletín Informativo de Llavetex.com una vez concretado el mismo.
8. Acceptance of the conditions for this raffle Participation in this raffle implies the total acceptance of these conditions on behalf of the participants.
